With all due respect, I think that many of the things you're insinuating are pretty hypocritical. I can SOMETIMES agree with whitewashing or brownfacing in art when it's more than strikingly obvious, but when you're born a certain skin colour, there is no changing it. I believe honestly that it's more racist to call out someone for simply cosplaying a character they love, putting time and effort into it, just because their skin colour is different.
