So… I’ve been thinking…. how ethnocentric is the term “whitewashing”? Colorism works differently in other countries…. just been musing is all.. anyone care to comment?

  1. shouesama said: Personally, I think you’re good. Because whitewashing is an American term. And this blog is from a US perspective. If at anytime you want to go international then I suggest expanding your language. But whitewashing is a strong word for a strong act.
