I’m nineteen

I’m pretty sure TWO YEARS AGO I still knew it was incorrect and problematic to lighten a character’s skin color and make shitty excuses for it.

Just saying

I don’t see where the whole “they’re children” bs is coming into play.

Also someone said in an ask we just received:

“If young dark children of color are old enough to internalize racism, white children and light skinned children are old enough to learn NOT to do that. Period.”
